2AM History

2am is a music production company founded in 2001 by Jacob Launbjerg and Andreas Mørck. 2am writes and produces original material for various artists, and also creates soundtracks for motion pictures and television.

Jacob Launbjerg and Andreas Mørck have vast experience and keen knowledge of the music industry. The 2am network of entertainment industry professionals, their impeccable production value, and broad musical range have positioned the company for bigger success. In just over one and a half years, 2am has proven to be a valuable asset for several well known and developing artists worldwide.


Jacob:

Jacob has been one of the most featured musical artists in Denmark. Because of his vast experience and well trained vocal skills, he has frequently been commissioned as a background vocalist for Danish and foreign acts. Besides composing music for different artists, Jacob has released several solo albums featuring his own compositions. Furthermore, as a result of hands on experience and education in business and marketing, Jacob has worked for several record labels, and has held several other positions in the music industry.


Andreas:

Andreas has worked in several recording studios accumulating knowledge in every aspect of producing music, especially working with Protools platforms. Andreas has written and produced music for numerous commercials, various film projects, and featured performing artists. He studied classical piano for eight years, then converted to synthesizer keyboards, and has also played several years with various bands on the Danish music scene.
